Since 2002, Kalkowski Construction has provided the Central Valley with commercial and residential construction services. We are located in the Cultural Arts District in downtown Fresno and are active participants in the downtown community. This location allows for us to be centrally-located to everyday resources and all major freeways which reduces commute time to the majority of our clientele.
Our construction ideals are derived from a respect of traditional construction methods, the utilization of high- quality materials, and operating in an efficient manner with respect to time and materials. The end result is a better product that was carefully thought-out and delivers to the client the satisfaction they expect and deserve.
With environmental efficiency in mind, a lot of the materials we use are post-consumer recycled or can be recycled after our use. In some instances, there isn't an environmentally friendly alternative. In these cases, we use our best judgment to produce the least amount of waste and minimize damage to the environment.
